An interesting business you can start in The Sims 4 is a coffee shop with space for you to live on the property. That means you don’t have to encounter a loading screen in order to money. You can also set your own hours, easily meet new Sims, and add a little drama with some of the customers.
Before you can start selling cups of coffee, you’ll need a few mods. Little Ms Sams Live-In Business Mod, and More Buyable Venues Mod. For the actual cafe, you can find many on the gallery or build your own. Remember to add space for your Sim to live.
How This Works
Make the lot type residential and give it the Live In Cafe lot trait. To open the cafe for business click on a door or arch.
Now start serving customers by clicking on the espresso counter and Tend the coffee machine. When you serve a customer you’ll earn money for the sale.
Don’t forget to set your doors to who can and cannot enter them. Keep your living area free from wandering Sims.
