There are a couple of mods you can use to turn your Sim into a prostitute. The Hoe It Up mod and Wicked Perversions. With Hoe It Up you will work your way through 5 prostitution skill levels. When servicing a client your sim will have a censor screen with the option to disable it. Each skill level offers the ability to go from oral sex, anal, and vaginal. Eventually you’ll be able to use protection lol.
Wicked Perversions prostitution systems has the option to use Wicked Whims mod. The actual sex service part is realistic. This system requires you to become an escort via the computer and then go out and walk the Sim streets for clients.

The difference is with Hoe It Up you can just get on the pole and start building up your skill level to earn more and more money and other features. Wicked Whims requires you to purchase an entire strip club and hire yourself as one of the strippers via settings.
If you want your sim to strictly be a stripper and not a business owner then Hoe It Up is the best option.
