-Workout on the treadmill
-Reach Fitness Skill Level 3
-Go to sleep, get some rest
-Use workout machine
-Reach fitness skill level 5
-Sim in the pool
-Research Workout Tips on the computer (Web Menu)
-Reach fitness skill level 9
Complete the Aspiration to get the Long Distance Runner reward trait. This trait unlocks the ability to run rabbithole races and social interactions.
When you enter a race you have dual outcomes, win or lose.
