This Aspiration requires your Sim to have the Active trait in CAS. This trait comes with the game.
Give your Sim the Summer Body aspiration located in the Athletic category. This aspiration has the bonus trait “High Metabolism”.
With the active trait (from the basegame) you can click on the ground / terrain and select Do Pushups, Sit Ups, and Stretch.
Complete the aspiration for the reward trait “Physically Gifted”.
