What This Mod Does
Add a new retail system that doesn’t require Get To Work and is base game compatible. You can open a retail lot on any lot type including residential which means you can have a live-in business. The mod comes with just 2 items which are Open For Business Controller signs and give you all the operational features needed. You can also have multiple businesses running in the background.
How It Works
Place the sign anywhere on the lot, click on it and select “Create Unique Retail Businesses”. Once that’s done you’ll get a popup to give your store a name and description. Click the sign once more to get the “Open Business” and “Retail” menu options. With the retail option is where you can enable mark items for sale. This will allow you to click on any object and set it for sale.
