Head out somewhere with three grouped Sims. Your Sim will be the wingman for one of them.
Self click the Sim you’ll turn into the wingman. Action menu, add trait. You can also remove this trait from the action menu.
Use the wingman social menu to help your friend out with their romantic interest.
