Trailer Park Living adds a the new lot type “Trailer Park” that you can purchase on a basegame computer, screen potential tenants, approve or deny applicants, and collect rent.

Mod Conflicts
It’s always possible for a mod to conflict with this one, but I don’t know of any. This mod is primarily made using mod constructorv4 so it’s custom but if you have any issues just le me know.
You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way.
How To Setup A Trailer Park
You can create your own trailer park or download this trailer park. I also have no cc version on the gallery. My Origin ID: wickedpixxel. Make sure you have several trailer homes for tenants to live in. Complete with kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and maybe some entertainment.

Trailer Park Landlord Trait
In CAS give your landlord Sim the “Trailer Park Landlord” trait. This will unlock needed interactions to run the trailer park. The trait will also automatically loot rent money throughout the day. This will happen even if there aren’t any tenants. The landlord Sim will need an office with a computer to process applications, invite tenants over, and do credit checks.
How To Purchase
From your Sim’s basegame computer on a residential lot, select the “Purchase Trailer Park Property” interaction from the “Trailer Park Management menu. This will take you to the world map. Select the lot you setup and be sure to have enough funds for the purchase. You’ll then be greeted with the retail UI to transfer funds. Transfer a small amount or however much is needed.
How To Lease To Tenants
Using the phone, plan the “Process Tenant Lease Application” social event. Select your Sim as the landlord and a random potential tenant. When selecting the trailer park lot please be aware it will show as generic. Select the lot your on. Goal the event with the potential tenant and earn the rental deposit and initial rent amount. During this event you’ll ask a few important questions, chat, run credit and background checks on the computer, and then approve or deny their lease agreement.
Approved And Denied Tenants
If you approve a tenant during the lease social event they’ll have a new trait. Use the computer to spawn new tenants at least once per day. They will leave after a short time. You can spawn up to 8 tenants. It’s possible some tenants will have their friends or family members with them. Expect 8 sims every time you spawn a tenant.
Denied tenants will simply leave the lot with a few choice words for your so called uppity trailer park.
