Healthy Living adds a custom aspiration to guide your Sim through small medical ailments, fitness adventures, and functional meal planning.
How This Works:
In CAS give your Sim the Healthy Aspiration and Healthy Living Trait located in Lifestyle category.
From build/buy mode purchase 4 home remedy items. You’ll only need to purchase them once since they’ll last a very long time. Search – Herbal Laxative, Bottle Of Vinegar, Bottle Of Olive Oil, and Epsom Salt.
You’ll need these items to cure a few ailments that’ll popup frequently. Your Sim will have to deal with athlete’s feet, toenail fungus, dandruff, and constipation. No problem, just click on these items in inventory to instantly cure your Sim.
Complete The Aspiration. You’ll need to cure your Sims several times, go on rabbithole adventures to stay fit, and do some meal planning.
The meal planner will allow you to instantly grab something to eat for any meal time.
The only issue right now is that the meals aren’t very healthy. Will update once I find more food items.
Use the computer, Healthy Living menu, to meal plan and go somewhere through the Stay Active menu.
