This mod adds custom lot traits to The Sims 4.
Festival themed lot traits used on generic lots. They’ll spawn background npc’s for a festival vibe and storytelling.
For each festival theme you’ll need to create your own lot. You can add vendor stalls, hire a vendor, bars, and whatever else you’d like happening in the festival. You can set the venue type to generic, but these will work on other venue types as well.
Each lot trait will spawn 18 background npc’s. Some will have an extra 3 such as psychics or magicians etc.
If you’re adding these to venue types that spawn their own npc’s then be aware of the large number of Sims on your lot. This could create lag.
Each lot trait will have a new social menu and social interactions related to the festival.
