In CAS give your Sim the Security Guard trait. This trait is located in the Lifestyle category.
This trait unlocks new social interactions and computer interactions.
Use the All In One base game computer.
Use your phone to start a social event. Select the Security Guard Shift.
List of venues you can be a security guard at.

Be sure to add a security guard work area with a computer.
