Self click on your Sim and select the Action menu. Select “experience bad hair days” to give your Sim the required trait. You can also fix your hair from the action menu to remove the trait.
Your Sim will start to get random buffs detailing different hair malfunctions. They’ll get angry or embarrassed from these events.
