In CAS give your Sim the Psychiatrist trait from the Lifestyle category.
You can run your practice from home or generic lot.
Make sure your office has a computer.
1. From the computer select the “Manage Psychiatrist Office” menu.
2. Select Start New Client Session.
3. A client will spawn to your location.
4. Click on the client. Select “Mental Health Service” social menu.
5. 3 new menus are available. Select “Mental Health Assessment”.
6. You’ll have a couple of questions to ask the client.
7. The npc client will have an answer through a notification. After the answer, click on the npc client again to see a new menu displaying their mental issue.
8. New questions are available to get the client through their issue.
9. You can either send the client to a rabbit hole treatment center or prescribe medication.
After the client session use the computer to close the office. This will send the client away.
Once you have the initial session, the client will appear in the “Mental Health Client Session” Event… You’ll earn $2500 for a successful session.
