Self click on the Sim you want to become the church leader. From the Action menu.
This will give your Sim the required trait. Self click again, select the action menu and quit as the church leader when you want. This will remove the trait from your Sim.
Use your phone to launch a social event. Select “Church Service”.
Get the Rostrum Station podium from build buy. You can hold church service from home, generic lots, or parks.
Click on the podium for podium interactions and church members to chat with them.
