In CAS give your Sim the Sugar Baby Aspiration in the Sugar Network category.

Next become a sugar baby. Self click on your Sim, Action menu, select “Register As A Sugar Baby”.
To pass the first aspiration tier you’ll need to have at least one agreement for the Flirt For Money interaction to complete. This interaction is for sugar babies.

As a Sugar Baby the first thing you need to do is complete a meet and greet event. This event allows you to screen potential sugar partners and close the deal.
There’s a chance the potential partner to decline the offer though.
Keep trying and use the agreement interactions.
The agreement will unlock new menus, Sugar Baby and Salty. Located behind the Sugar Dating social menu.
Sugar Baby Menu – available only when you have active arrangements. Required to earn money from the Sugar Date event.
Salty menu – are mean interactions you can use if things go wrong with your sugar partner.
You only need one type of agreement to launch the event. Leave the other two blank.
For Sims to show up in the simpicker make sure they’re close by or in the same world.
