Open A Corporate Business
From a computer select “Open A Corporate Business”. This will give your Sim the CEO trait.
This can be done at your residential lot before you purchase the retail venue.
You’ll need the Industrial Factory Machine somewhere on the retail lot you plan to purchase.
The Corporate Dashboard
This is the main hub to control the business. Use this to hire corporate employees and purchase raw materials.
Hire Corporate Employees
This is a simpicker. Select up to 22 Sims and 8 minimum to work for the business. This interaction will give the “npc Corporate Employee” trait.
