In CAS give your Sim the cockblocker trait.
This trait will give your Sim new cockblocker social interactions. They hate when other Sims are starting a new relationship and will look to break them up in some way. They have a special “Cockblocker” interaction that will cause severe stress if successful.
Be sure to use the xml injector for social interactions to appear.
