I did use the theater a bit and didn’t have any issues that I remember. I didn’t have to do any redesigns, looks really good inside. You can add a lot more if you like.
For functionality use the Movie Theater Pack with a functional ticket kiosk. Download
For a concession stand you can use a vendor stall from the game, vending machine, or set the lot to retail business or small business. You can purchase the food items and pay a few as your ticket.
Really good for date night gameplay or getting the family out of the house.
