30×30 lot size. Can probably be placed on a smaller lot.
I set the lot type to small business but you can set it to what you like.
The tray files are the files with the 0x at the front. There are 6 of those type of files. And they’re not labeled package file. Take them all and place them into the tray folder. That way the build shows up in the gallery.
The package files are the cc used for the build. You’ll need them plus the van life cc from the link above. Place these into your own folder, label it and then into your sims 4 mods folder. If you want them loose in the sims 4 mods folder that okay too.
