The Sims 4 Kidnapping Mod

The Kidnapping Mod allows your Sim to kidnap another Sim through a new social event. Complete the event goals, hold a Sim hostage, and earn $10,000 for reaching gold.

Getting Started

To enable kidnapping, self-click on your Sim, open the Actions menu, and select Enable Kidnapping. You can also disable kidnapping from this menu, which will remove the trait from your Sim.

Once enabled, your Sim can launch the Kidnapping Social Event and select a target using the Sim Picker.

Make sure your Sim has already met the target before starting the event. Otherwise, the Sim Picker may be empty. In some cases, the target will also need to be in the same world.

Kidnapping Gameplay

During the event, your Sim will need to complete goals involving the hostage. To make the hostage easier to manage, you can form a group with them or temporarily add them to your household.

Complete the event at gold level to earn $10,000. Silver and bronze levels will not receive a payout.

Using Tied Up Poses

For more realistic kidnapping scenes, I recommend using Wicked Whims for poses or the Pose Player and Teleporter mods.

Suggested pose packs include the Tied Up Pose Pack and Kidnapped Pose Pack.

You’ll need to add the appropriate accessories to the kidnapped Sim in CAS. This can be done before or after starting the kidnapping event.

If you’re having trouble finding rope accessories, try enabling both male and female tags in CAS and selecting the Custom Content filter.

Note: You won’t be able to use social interactions on the hostage while they’re in a pose. Stop the pose before continuing with the event goals.
