Fetishist v5
The Fetishist Trait Mod adds a variety of fetishes, random buffs, and new romantic social interactions to The Sims 4. Your Sim can explore different interests and unlock special interactions based on their current fetish buffs.
Getting Started
In CAS, give your Sim the Fetishist Trait.
With this trait, your Sim will receive random fetish buffs. Some of these buffs will unlock additional interactions from the new Fetishist social menu.
Fetishist Social Interactions
The Fetishist social menu includes a variety of romantic and rough romantic interactions your Sim can use on other Sims.
Some interactions will only become available when your Sim has the corresponding fetish buff.

Your Sim can randomly receive the following buffs:
- Foot Fetish
- Tentacle Fetish
- Robot Fetish
- Hair Fetish
- Pain Fetish
- Underwear Fetish
- Bathroom Control Fetish
- Fart Fetish
- Sex In Mirror Fetish
- Mess Fetish
- Biting Fetish
- Plushie Fetish
- Abduction Fetish
- Alien Fetish
- Begging Fetish
- Degradation Fetish
Romantic Fetish Social Interactions
The Fetishist menu includes new romantic social phrases such as:
- Stuck Stroking Your Silky Skin
- Wanna Wager and Guess My Fetish?
- Can’t Get Over Your Hair
- Grab the Handcuffs
- Your Perfume Drives Me Wild
- It’s a Perfect View From Behind
- Please Bite Harder Next Time
- I Have a Thing for Belly Buttons
- Those Legs Deserve Endless Kisses
- The Nastier the Better
Your Sim can continue receiving random fetish buffs and using the new social interactions throughout gameplay.
