How To Sue Someone
You can sue anyone using the “File A Lawsuit” social menu and interactions. This menu will show up on most Sims, even Judges.
You can sue for:
-Bad Practical Jokes
-Botched Repair Job (by repair person or family member)
-Breaking Your Heart
-Fighting With You
-Getting On Your Nerves
-Harassment
-Stealing From You
Using any of these social interactions on a Sim will give that sim the defendant trait.
You can sue multiple Sims.

How To Take A Sim To Small Claims Court
From your phone launch a social event.
There are several Sims you need to add for the court case.
Up to 3 Judges. Pick any Sim you like, you’ll assign them to the case after the event starts.
Your Sim is the Plaintiff. Add people to watch the case as attendees, and the defendant.
If the defendant picker is blank, close the event and sue more Sims until a few show up in the picker.
Setup your own courthouse or find something in the gallery.
The setup will need two chairs.

The Defendant’s Chair
You can use any chair for the plaintiff.
Judges chair is a living chair, not a table or desk. You may have to place it a little ways from the table you use as the judges table. Any table is fine.
