Here’s another ownable live in business you can easily setup and earn money working at home. Your Sims can start their own coffee stand with the option to sell food items as well. This will require 2 mods by LittleMsSam, the Live In Business Mod, and the More Buyable Venues Mod.
The first thing you’ll need to do is build your home lot and add a coffee stand. This could be a small trailer like the one below (link to trailer kit HERE), or something else. Requires Get To Work expansion pack’s espresso machine and counter. Leave the lot type to residential, add the “live in cafe lot trait”, and “live in store” lot trait. Click on a door to open either the cafe, store, or both. You’ll then spawn customers. To serve them and make money click on the espresso counter to tend the machine and serve coffee. Cook baked goods and set them on a counter or display case. You’ll have the option to click on the food and set it for sale.
