This trait adds new social interactions that encourage their romantic partner to have sex with someone else in front of them.  They get off on watching.

In CAS give the Cuckhold the Cuckhold Husband trait.

To have the cuckhold sex functionally work use Wicked Whims.  From the cheat settings enable other sims to watch during sex and enable always accept.

Be sure to use the xml injector so social interactions show up for you.
