For PTSD to work it needs to be triggered. You do this in two ways. Self click on your Sim, select the Action menu, and Trigger PTSD. This will give your Sim ptsd for 3 days
The second way to trigger PTSD is to experience something traumatic during gameplay. If you Sim witnesses a death or has someone die close to them. Experience a fire, or loses a fight.
Keep in mind they’ll only have the PTSD as long as the triggering buff if present.
Without any of the buffs, the social interactions will not appear. They’ll still experience a random buff depending on their skill level.
To level up your PTSD skill and experience more symptoms, use the PTSD social interactions. If you want a big boost of skill use the “Describe recent nightmare” interaction. Remember the social interactions only appear when there’s a trigger buff or self click , action menu, and trigger the ptsd.

Emotional Skills Mod adds 4 new skills you level up to unlock new interactions in The Sims 4.
In CAS give your Sims the Emotional Skills trait in the emotional category.
Your Sim will have a small number of social interaction in 4 different menu categories:
-Revenge
-Seduction
-Envy
-Generosity
Use the starter interactions to gain emotional skill and level up. As you level more interactions will unlock.
Each skill is a major with 10 levels (computer interactions will show up on the all in one power pc only)
Skill: Revenge
Level 1 Acquired the Revenge Skill
Level 2 Can threaten someone’s life
Level 3 Can plot revenge on the computer
Level 4 Return an awful favor
Level 5 Treat someone like crap
Level 6 Frame someone for a crime they didn’t commit
