FUNCTIONAL MARTIAL ARTS STUDIO | THE SIMS 4 MODS

This mod adds functional Martial Arts Studios to The Sims 4.

In CAS give your Sim the Martial Arts Instructor trait located in the lifestyle category.

How To Setup A Martial Arts Studio
In build mode make the lot type Generic.

Create a martial arts studio and include basic gym equipment for your students.  If you have the Strangerville game pack add the training machine.

Set aside an office for you Sim to run the studio.  You can open, close, and collect fees from a computer (all in one power pc)

If you do not see the computer interactions on this pc it could be a glitch with the desk and/or chair.  Change them until you see the interactions.

When  you open the studio 8 npc Sims will spawn.  Have enough gym equipment for them to use.
