Hotel Hospitality Mod adds a functional Hotel Manager’s career to The Sims 4. Your Sim will have the ability to spawn paying hotel guests, hire hotel staff, manage staff and customers, promote and demote staff, and deal with hotel problems.

How This Works
The first thing you’ll need to do build or place your hotel. Set the venue type to generic and add the Hotel Problems Lot Trait. If you do want the Hotel Problems then you can operate as a Generic Lot. (Venue type can be residential if wanted, the lot trait still worked)
Become a Hotel Manager in CAS. Add the Hotel Manager CAS trait located in the lifestyle category. This trait will include all the social and computer interactions needed to run the hotel. With the trait these interactions will not show up in game.
Hire needed staff members or operate the hotel by yourself. You can hire the following hotel staff crew, Housekeeping, Kitchen Staff, Front Desk and a Receptionist.
Hotel Problems Lot Trait. This lot trait will spawn deviant Sims who will cause all sorts of problems in your hotel. You’ll encounter a Bomber/Arsonist, Killer, Drunken Guests, and Thieves. As the manager you’ll need to confront them and get them out of the hotel. When you confront these Sims you’ll be in a lot of danger. You can potentially be set on fire, murdered, and get into fights.
Social Interactions. You’ll find 3 social menus behind the main Hotel Management menu when you click on a Sim. The menus are Hospitality, Staff, and Security. Use the Hospitality menu with hotel guests, Staff menu with employees, and Security menu for the hotel problems.

Use these mods to have the kitchen staff prepare meals when you want them to. They should do so autonomously but if you need them to at a certain time this mod will help. Sometimes Sims will not leave when you want them to so use the Force To Leave Mod if needed.
You can also use the in-game Hire Staff interactions on stoves and fridges. Hire caterer.
Bust The Dust Kit can add fun gameplay for the hotel. The hotel will get dirty and you can ask staff to clean certain areas, vacuum, and more.
Future Of The Mod
I’d like to see a lot more hotel problems especially dealing with Sims that shouldn’t be there and could be dangerous. A lot more interactions with guests and more staff options.
