Using a couple of mods you can have functional pool halls in The Sims 4.
The first mod you’ll need is the Custom Venues Mod. This will allow you to set the Venue type to Pool Hall. This is a community lot and will spawn pool hall goers.
Utopya_cc created functional pool tables. Add these to the pool hall. Click on the pool table and select Play Pool With. Choose the Sim you want to play pool with. Then click the pool table again to reset the game. This will stop the animations from playing.
Playing pool will cost $10 for each Sim. Another important note is that the Sim you’re playing with will to be one you’ve met before.
