The House Flipper Mod for The Sims 4 by KawaiiStacie allows you to renovate or fix up a home for money. We’ll be using my sim Chester Dawkins in this showcase.
The mod is super easy to use. Head over to the phone and launch a social event. Select house flipper job, and goal the event. That’s it. Make money in the process.
How I used the mod:
I started out with my sim and an empty lot with the intention of building from the ground up and reselling the property. Launched the mod via the phone and set up the event. This requires your sim and the future customer. I picked a random sim as the customer. Built an extremely simple starter house and furnished it. (See pics above and below )
The event wanted me to decorate the house with over 300 items. This takes a lot of time and not exactly fun. I really just want to build and sell the house as-is.
The first go around I complete the event successfully. Spent thousands of simoleons only to get a couple thousand back. Lost tons of money. I know the mod has been updated and maybe that’s changed but the entire experience needs a rethink. Just an opinion.
