Basemental Drug Mod for The Sims 4 has Purple Drank, Lean. It’s easy to make in the game just follow these instructions.
You’ll need 4 ingredients. A styrofoam cup, bag of Jolly Ranchers, Smite (Sprite) Soda, and Promethasim – Codeine. They might be a little confusing to find but you can find the cup, candy, and soda in buy mode with a simple search of their names. They’re also available through the computer via the “order menu”. Delivery of the items arrive in the mailbox the next day.
The hardest ingredient is the bottle of codeine. There are a couple of ways to get them. From a dealer, the doctor, or the dark web. Let’s start with the dark web. To order it online you’ll have to have a level 3 dealing skill with any drug. If your sim has the llama flu you can book a doctor’s appointment on the phone and return from the rabbit hole visit with a bottle. Or go into CAS, create your own NPC dealer and buy it from him in game.
There was a technical glitch where my sims wasn’t able to actually drink the lean. Since a patch is headed our way and it’s one that’ll break most of the mods I’m waiting a while to see if this is fixed. Will provide an update below in the future.
