With The Sims 4 Basemental Gangs Mod you’ll be able to create and run your very own gang. Your members will go out and push drugs, war with rival gangs, and handle other misc opportunities for you. Your job is to micro manage them so nothing goes wrong and handle what eventually does.
This guide is taken directly from the available tutorial on the Basemental Drugs/Gangs website. You can download the mod there, read the complete tutorial, and get further support if needed. My guide will simply add screenshots along with my gameplay videos. That way you can see the mod in action.

To get started you’ll need a Sim that has completely leveled up in one of the four dealing skills from the Basemental Drugs mod. However if you want to skip that and jump right into gangs, open the cheat console and enter “bmg.enable_gangs” with your active sim. That Sim is given the Cocaine Dealer trait completely maxed out.

Now you’re ready to create your gang. Head over to your active Sim’s phone and click on “Create A Gang”. You’ll be choosing from 4 different gangs and the way they’re set up is one gang per world. Each gang has a predetermined rival gang they’ll compete against. Example, the rival for the Newcrest thugs are the Fifteenth Street Gang.
GANG MEMBERS
Now that you’ve launched your gang it’s time to recruit members. You’ll head to your phone, gang menu, now select three future members from the Sim picker. With new members in your gang it’s time to meet up with them. You have a couple of choices for how this will work. The first is invite them to your current lot or meet them somewhere else. Either way you’ll use your phone to set this up.
You’re new members might not look like gang members at all so you’ll probably want to dress them the way you want in CAS. The mod comes with a few tattoos but I suggest searching for clothing cc and tattoos using any site like TheSimsResource or Tumblr.
Once they look the way you want it’s time to put your gang members to work. To send them on a mission click on one of your gang members, gang menu, select a mission. The first mission will most likely be “Send On Robbery”. When they are successful they’ll bring back cash.
LEADER SKILLS
There are a couple stats important to your gang leader, his leader skill and the loyalty score of the members. Members with high loyalty scores can be promoted, unlocking more missions. Low loyalty scores and you might have the “liquidate” them at worst. These scores affect the success rates of the missions.
Tip:
When a member fails a mission, beat him up. This will damage the relationship but it will also give him a higher chance of regaining lost loyalty points.

ENFORCERS AND RIGHT HAND MAN
Reaching level 3 leadership skill opens up the opportunity to hire two enforcers. These are higher ranked gang members that can go on more complex missions. Level five opens up the ability to hire your right hand man. He’s required before you can purchase a Gang Headquarters.
